For my final project I wanted to further explore the realm of retail design. I wanted to challenge myself by developing a multi-story large fashion retail space and to further accentuate my brand’s identity by introducing a café and salon. My concept is to take Asos’s existing brand, which is a completely online presence, and adapt it to suit the needs of a physical brick and mortar location.

Designing a retail environment requires research into the brand’s identity; making sure it is consistently showcased throughout the design. The Asos flagship store will be located within the historic Morgan’s building, the current location of the Hudson’s Bay store on Saint Catherine. Part of my design goal also includes the restoration of the original ground floor façade of the building, returning it to its former glory and iconic status in Montreal.
