For Bicom's new communications office, my objective is to design a bright sophisticated open office environment that fosters creativity and individuality. Employees will have at their disposal some smaller semi private areas to encourage collaboration. Team work can be done at large tables, kitchen table style. The space has a clean and neutral palette contrasted by strong graphics. This gives Bicom a strong identity while still being a blank canvas to work on the clients' images. The space must be adaptable to a variety of projects. Abundant daylight and a clutter free workspace keep the employees productive, healthy and happy like the local coffee shop you keep returning to because it feels right and the barista knows you by name.
