It was a great challenge to design a residential complex for my final project. Not only it allowed me to further explore in the design of residential units, but also to dive into designing a café, a fitness center and a magical interior garden. Penta residential complex offers the ultimate living experience for young professionals to enjoy the newly blooming area of Point St. Charles in Montreal.  The project allows its residents to explore the authenticity, elegance and uniqueness of Le Nordelec building. This historical brick and concrete "building is one of the biggest buildings in North America". The project offers loft style units and penthouses with a magical view on lachine canal. Sustainability is one of the most important design goals of the project. It was delivered through the use of eco-friendly and recycled materials and the integration of greenery like the interior garden.
